Partner with Quality International Schools and Exceptional Educators

Whether you're new to international teaching and looking for an adventure or a seasoned international educator looking for your next position, iRecruit International wants to earn your trust.   We ensure that we can provide personal attention to our candidates by assigning each candidate with a Representative based on their geographical location.

Participants in U.S. teacher exchange programs play an invaluable role in facilitating cross-cultural learning. As part of the Exchange Visitor Program, international teachers are expected to facilitate at least two opportunities for cross-cultural learning between their home country and the United States.

Each school is assigned a dedicated Senior Coordinator  to gain more information about candidates of interest or to request assistance with a specific hiring need.

iRecruit International  does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or on any other basis.

Our program promotes mutual understanding via educational and cultural exchanges.  In collaboration sponsor agencies, iRecruit Cultural Exchange Program provides countless opportunities for international educators to live and work in the United States while promoting their culture.

The  cultural exchange "J' visa is used to allow foreign teachers with at least two years of experience to teach in an accredited primary or secondary school in the United States for up to 36 months. Exchange teachers sharpen their professional skills and participate in cross-cultural activities in schools and communities, and they return to their home school after the exchange to share their experiences and increased knowledge of the United States and the U.S. educational system.

The goal of the iRecruit International Exchange program is to foster cooperation in educational and cultural matters between the home country of the teacher and the United States.
